The dealership provide excellent customer service to both the Appointee and the allowance recipient. They are very respectful and mindful of customer’s needs and communicate in a way that puts the customer at ease. They called 6 months after handover to check that everything was going well, this is the 1st dealer that has ever done this. They book the car in for a service and get this done very quickly and efficiently. They offer to hoover the car with a service and a Courtesy Car. Because of this, they have decided to stay with this dealer, despite moving further away.
